ADevolution
Strategic rebrand: from a generic "digital agency" read to a vertical Growth Operating System for installation businesses. Identity, design system, and site narrative architecture.

Context
ADevolution works with installation companies. When they reached out, the goal was not just a new logo: they wanted identity, positioning, and direction aligned with how the company actually works. What surfaced during the engagement was less about the offer itself and more about the story. The business was not being communicated in a structured way as what it really is.
The ADevolution team wrote up the engagement in depth on their blog (Italian).
What we did together
Strategic analysis
We started with a strategic survey: medium-to-long-term vision, audience, current and desired perception, differentiation, values, and growth ambitions. A central insight emerged: ADevolution should not be framed as a generic digital agency, but as a vertical growth system for the installation sector.
Repositioning and messaging
The work focused on three lines: clear positioning, sharp vertical focus, and an ecosystem mindset instead of a flat list of services. That became the Growth Operating System for installers: method, partnership, and measurability. The language shift shaped offer, communications, funnel, and site structure (from "we do marketing" to "we make growth more predictable" for that type of company).
Visual identity and logo
The logo was not decoration for its own sake. The aim was evolution, direction, and process. The movement idea stayed, made more essential. The graphic line suggests a path that intertwines and then opens out, complexity toward clarity. The palette leans into solidity and trust while keeping an innovative edge.
Design system
Beyond the mark we set up a design system: typography, hierarchy, spacing, colour, and imagery rules for the site, sales materials, decks, social, and internal docs. The goal is continuity and scale without one-off improvisation on every new asset.
Site architecture and narrative
Alongside visual work we built narrative architecture tied to outcomes: real problems in the installation world and mechanisms that make growth more predictable. Each part of the site has a job: filter, educate, qualify. Less noise, more fit with the right contacts.
Outcome
The rebrand tightened internal clarity, alignment between what the company is and what it shows outward, and a stronger sense of authority. ADevolution now communicates a vertical, structured position consistently. For the full story in the client's own words, see their blog post linked above.
