Notarify
Notarify
New blockchain document notarization engine with B2B API for external integrations. We rewrote the core system and made notarization accessible programmatically.

Context
Notarify is one of the most recognized international blockchain notarization providers globally, with over 200,000 users and more than 10 million documents notarized. The platform covers dozens of use cases: from intellectual property protection to contract signing, from HR compliance to supply chain traceability.
When they brought us in, they needed to modernize the notarization engine and open it up for B2B integrations via API.
What we did
New notarization engine
We rewrote the core notarization system. The new engine is faster, more robust, and handles edge cases correctly at scale: large documents, batch notarizations, hash verification across multiple public blockchains simultaneously.
The engine architecture ensures that every notarization produces a proof that is independently verifiable without going through Notarify's servers: anyone can verify the authenticity of a document on the public blockchain directly. This is a fundamental requirement for the credibility of any serious notarization system.
B2B API for external integrations
The other part of the work was making notarization programmatically accessible. We designed and implemented the B2B API that allows companies and developers to integrate notarization into their own operational workflows without touching Notarify's web interface.
The API accepts documents and data streams, returns a blockchain proof and a downloadable certificate of authenticity. It was designed to be plug-and-play: a few lines of code to integrate notarization into any ERP, CRM, or legacy system.
The product that evolved from this work now includes NotariBlackbox, an API that notarizes real-time data streams and integrates with any existing system.
Where it is now
Notarify is recognized by CNBC and Statista among the Top 200 Global Fintechs (2023 and 2024) and won Best Blockchain App in 2022. The platform serves enterprise clients in multiple countries and continues to grow in the B2B segment, partly through API access.
